Where is the LEAD conference being held?

What are the dates of the LEAD conference?

March 5-8, 2025

What is PTI28? Can I attend?

PTI28 is the Preachers Transformative Initiative. It is open to preachers who have registered for PTI28.

Is PTI28 a part of the LEAD Conference?

While it is held at the same location as the LEAD Conference, it is a separate event held on Tuesday, March 4 and Wednesday, March 5.

 

How can I learn more about PTI28?

You can find information about PTI28 at www.pcafime.org/pti-28. You can also visit their table in the main foyer.

Registration and Badge Pick-up

The registration desk is located in the main foyer and is open Thursday-Saturday starting at 10:00 a.m. each day (the desk may be closed during meal and service times). At the registration desk, you can do the following:

• Pick up your LEAD25 badge REQUIRED FOR LUNCH AND EQUIP/SEMINAR SESSIONS

• Register for LEAD25

• Register for the 2025 GROWTH Conference

• Receive details on conference prices, hotel rates, and more.

Transportation

Is there transportation from my hotel to church and back? Is there transportation from the airport?

Free transportation is provided from/to the host hotels and church only. Transportation is not provided from the airport or any other location. To reserve your pick up time from your hotel, CLICK HERE. You must submit this form to get on the list for pick-up. (Sorry, we cannot accept phone or verbal requests).

Worship Services

Do I have to be registered to attend the worship services?

No, registration is not required. LEAD25 welcomes everyone to all worship services. All services are held in the main sanctuary.

 

Is there sign language for the deaf and hard of hearing?

Yes. All worship services (morning and evening) provide sign language interpretation.

 

How can I watch the services if I can’t attend in person?

All worship services are streamed live from the conference website via the PCAFI Facebook and YouTube pages.

 

What time are the morning services?

What time are the evening services?

Prayer Services

Are there prayer services during the conference?

Yes. All prayer services are open to everyone. You can attend in person, or you can join by call-in or Zoom (Visit conference website for login information)

 

What time are the prayer services?

Presider’s Unity Prayer

Thursday, March 6, at 8:30 a.m., in the Main Sanctuary

 

Corporate Prayer

Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8, at 8:00 a.m. in Mason Sanctuary

Choirs

Where are choir rehearsals held?

Where should guest choirs meet when they arrive?

Choir rehearsals and preparation are in Mason Sanctuary for both PCAFI and guest choirs (See schedule for exact times).

Medical Assistance

Health professionals as well as onsite triage are in place to address medical emergencies and concerns.

Outreach Event

Everyone is welcome to join the Evangelism and Outreach Auxiliary in their “Reach Out and Touch” event, where they will deliver goods to homeless camps, and minister at a women’s shelter (locations TBA). This event will be held on Wednesday, March 5, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided from the church. If you want to go, meet at Door 10 (main foyer) at 1:00 p.m.

Presider’s Welcome Reception

This event is free and open to all. It will be held on Wednesday, March 5, at 9:00 p.m., in the fellowship hall.

Concierge Lounge

Where can I relax during down time?

The concierge lounge is open Thursday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. –5:00 p.m. There is a coffee station, snacks, phone charging areas, and comfortable seating.

Vending Machines

You can purchase snacks and drinks from the vending machines located off the Fellowship Hall.

Meals

Continental Breakfast

Free to all, served Thursday and Friday from 9:00-9:15 a.m., in the main foyer.

 

Lunch REGISTRATION BADGE REQUIRED.

Lunch is served Thursday-Saturday in the Fellowship Hall (See online schedule for daily times). Note: Cash/card payment for lunch is not accepted. Please visit the main foyer to register.

 

Dinner

On your own.

LEAD does not have any listings or recommendations available. The best way to find information is through Google, Siri, or other search apps on your phone.

Children

Are there programs and activities for children?

There are no programs or activities for children at LEAD. This conference focuses primarily on ministry training for leaders and churches.

Church Food Pantry

Is the food pantry open during the conference?

Yes, the pantry will be open on Friday, March 7, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. The pantry is not a part of the conference. It serves those in our community who are in need.
